B Corporation Includes Sunwealth in List of B2B Sustainability B Corps

In a recent B the Change article, B Corporation included Sunwealth among their list of six B2B sustainability B Corps helping companies lower their environmental impact. Our innovative and human-centered approach to clean energy investing enables not just companies, but also individuals, family offices, financial advisors, foundations, and nonprofits, to put money to work in a portfolio of community-based solar projects.
A prime example of our B2B work is our partnership with Boston Properties – the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of Class A office properties in the United States and leader in sustainable real estate with over 27 million square feet certified at LEED Gold or Platinum. In conjunction with local installer KW Management, Sunwealth developed a 615 kW low-income community shared solar project on one of their garages, which provides energy savings to Boston Properties and delivers clean energy plus energy savings to low-income energy customers in the Greater Boston area, including Caritas Communities and Heading Home.
