Sunwealth Welcomes Max Wagner as Investment Associate
Sunwealth is excited to announce that Max Wagner has joined the team as Investment Associate. In this position, he will support the organization’s marketing and sales functions, working to generate new leads and expand the Sunwealth community. Wagner is joining the team for six months as a co-op student from Northeastern University. He is replacing the previous co-ops, Savannah Kinzer and Anna Sorokina, and certainly has big shoes to fill!
This is Wagner’s third and final co-op experience before he graduates in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Wagner previously completed co-ops in finance roles at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and Boston Consulting Group. He also recently spent six weeks completing a field study in renewable energy and resource management at Reykjavík University in Iceland. Wagner hopes to put his business and cleantech background to work in the fight against climate change.
“We’re delighted to have Max join the Sunwealth team,” says Ryan Dings, Chief Operating Officer at Sunwealth. “His infectious spirit and rapidly growing knowledge of the clean energy sector will serve our community well.”
“I first learned about Sunwealth while working at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and I’ve loved their mission ever since,” says Wagner. “I’m thrilled that I get to work with a team that is so committed to expanding renewable energy in an equitable and just way. The climate crisis presents huge challenges, but Sunwealth is proof that it’s possible to build a clean energy future that works for all of us.”
