Sunwealth is a pioneer in developing innovative projects which benefit the communities in which they’re located. At CityPoint in Waltham, we partnered with Boston Properties to turn their carport installation into a Low-Income Community Shared Solar project. As a result, 52 low-income households in the Boston area will receive $225,000 in lifetime energy savings generated by the 615kW installation — and Boston Properties receives discounted power for hosting the solar. For Boston Properties and their tenants, the decision was an easy one.
