140 Kendrick, Needham, MA

140 Kendrick is an exciting solar + storage parking lot canopy project in Needham, MA. It will be contributing to a groundbreaking “zero-net-energy” (ZNE) office complex. The project seamlessly integrates 1.24 MW DC into the already built environment and is expected to produce 1,359,072 kWh in year 1, generating almost $100,000 in yearly on-bill credits for income-eligible subscribers. The project is large enough to support hundreds of subscribers, and is targeting go-live in the summer of 2024.
