Sunwealth Secures $17M Tax Equity Partnership with U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance

We are excited to announce that Sunwealth has successfully closed a $17 million tax equity partnership with U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance, marking their first investment with us. This partnership will help fund the development of community solar and distributed generation projects across New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and California. The projects will provide clean energy to schools, municipalities, housing authorities, medical centers, corporations, and community solar subscribers—helping to remove barriers to solar access.

U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance, the community investment and tax credit division of U.S. Bank, has been mobilizing capital for more than 35 years. Their investments support affordable housing, economic development, and clean energy solutions.

This partnership reinforces Sunwealth’s deep commitment to equitable clean energy solutions. Through our innovative approach, we are expanding solar access, driving economic benefits, and delivering lasting environmental impact. Explore our 2024 Impact Report to see how we are creating measurable change in communities nationwide.
